Let me know when & what session you’d like to book.

  • For a first-time couples session, I recommend a 90 minute session (if your budget allows for this). For sessions after this, I generally recommend 60-minute sessions, unless you and your partner would feel safer/calmer with more time.

  • New: For individual sessions, I now also offer 30-minute bookings. Recommended for those times where you just need a quick check-in.

  • Please note my sessions aren’t covered by health insurance typically.

  • Can’t make it or don’t need it anymore? Simply reschedule/cancel freely up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, I ask a 25 euro cancellation fee to help cover my running costs.

  • P.S. Are you, or your partner, in an acute mental health crisis (actively suicidal, self-harming, hallucinations)? Please go here to see what number to call for immediate help in the Netherlands. I won’t be the right support for you.
