Complaints Procedure

Should you, at any point in time, be unhappy about my services, I wholeheartedly encourage you to let me know. I welcome your personal feedback at all times. You speaking up and letting me know if there’s anything that’s bothering you will always help me support you better. You can simply e-mail me, or let me know next time we speak.

I’m a member of the Dutch Association for Psychologists (NIP), which means that my way of working with you is guided by integrity, respect, expertise and responsibility. For more information on NIP’s professional code of ethics, go to NIP’s website here (English available).

While naturally, I hope you will never have to or want to use it, I want to make sure you have a safe legal recourse in case of any formal complaints or disputes. In compliance with Dutch law, as my client, you have the right to contact an external party and submit a formal complaint. You can do so by visiting this page. This will take you to an external webpage, which will explain the exact steps to take. Please note that, upon last visiting this webpage, it was only available in Dutch.
